Our learning team run an exciting programme of outreach and creative learning working closely with the local community.
Each year Theatre Royal Windsor produces a full scale musical theatre production that teams talented local children and adults with a team of professional directors, designers and choreographers who have worked on some of the biggest shows in the West End and beyond.
If you are aged 9 and above and have a passion for performing or technical theatre, then keep your eyes peeled for future projects to be announced!

TRW EASTER SCHOOL 2023 – LEGALLY BLONDE JR. THE MUSICAL
Following the success of our Easter School production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid JR. in 2022, we’re now delighted to be launching our second Easter School project – Legally Blonde JR!
Rehearsals take place between Monday 3 – Wednesday 12 April 2023 with performances taking place onstage at Theatre Royal Windsor from Wednesday 12 to Saturday 15 April 2023.

Thanks to the generosity of the funds raised by Sir Ian McKellen on his recent visit to the Theatre Royal, means-tested scholarships maybe available. Details available on request.
With a book by Heather Hach, music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin, Legally Blonde JR. is based on the book by Amanda Brown and the hit Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer motion picture starring Reese Witherspoon, which was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture: Musical or Comedy. Legally Blonde The Musical opened at Broadway’s Palace Theatre in April 2007, starring Laura Bell Bundy as the iconic Elle Woods.
