Prepaid tickets can be collected from the Box Office as soon as they are booked. Please bring the card you used to purchase tickets for identification, or if you booked online please bring your confirmation email. Please note, the Box Office can get extremely busy in the run up to a performance so please arrive early if possible.
Tickets can be reserved by phone or in person for up to five working days or up to 24 hours before the show (whichever is soonest). Reservations will not be taken once a show reaches a capacity of 500 and will be automatically released at the end of five days.
A 10% deposit must be paid for the reservation to be held for longer than 5 days (e.g. for group bookings for 9+ people), with the remainder to be paid within 4 weeks.
Ticket prices are set individually for each different production and the management reserves the right to change these at any time.
We strongly recommend booking early to secure your seats at the best prices. Our seat prices include a £1 restoration and development levy and £2.50 administration fee.

TICKET REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Theatre Royal Windsor does not offer refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. In exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the theatre, we may offer credit refunds to your Theatre Royal Windsor account. In these instances, the credit will be valid for one year. This credit cannot be refunded to your original payment card, nor can it be redeemed after the expiry date.
Programme, seating and casting alterations are at the discretion of the management. The management reserves the right to revise the pricing of an event without notice.
The customer is responsible for checking their tickets at the time of booking.
If requested, tickets are posted second class. There is a £1 charge for this service per transaction.
Should you wish to have your tickets posted to you, please inform the Box Office at the time of booking.
Tickets ordered by Platinum, Diamond and Royal members will be posted at no extra charge.
Gift vouchers for any amount are available from the Theatre Royal Box Office. They are redeemable against all Theatre Royal productions and valid for one year.
Theatre Royal Windsor accept Theatre Tokens.
Theatre Tokens Gift Cards and eGifts can be redeemed over the phone by quoting the 16 digit number and the 4 digit pin found underneath the scratch off panel, or in person where the theatre will scan the barcode. You can use all or part of the balance on your Gift Card or eGift to pay, or part-pay for theatre tickets at participating venues. If the theatre tickets cost more than your Theatre Tokens balance you will need to pay the outstanding amount using cash or a debit/credit card.
