These are provided on a first come, first served basis, and a refundable £5 deposit is required.
For added comfort and convenience, we also welcome guests to bring their own earphones or headphones to use with our infrared receivers. This allows for a more personalised listening experience, ensuring you can enjoy the show in the way that suits you best.

Upcoming Audio Described Performances:
BSL INTERPRETED AND CAPTIONED PERFORMANCES

From time to time, we offer BSL-interpreted and capioned performacnes to make our shows more accessible for our deaf and hard-of-hearing audience members.
BSL-interpreted performances feature a British Sign Language interpreter positioned at the side of the stage, translating the dialogue in real time. In captioned performances, spoken words appear as text on a screen above or beside the stage, allowing audience members to follow along visually.
We are committed to creating an inclusive theatre experience and strive to provide these enhanced performances whenever possible. Whether you use BSL or benefit from captions, we want to ensure you can fully enjoy the magic of live theatre.
Upcoming BSL Performances:
At the moment, we don’t have any BSL-interpreted or captioned performances scheduled, but we are working to bring more accessible shows to our programme soon. Please check back for updates.

RELAXED PERFORMANCES

Relaxed performances are adapted for families with children with an Autistic Spectrum Condition, individuals with sensory and communication disorders, those with learning disabilities and anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed environment.
They aim to reduce anxiety, encourage self-expression, and create an enjoyable experience for all.
A Relaxed Performance adapts the traditional theatre experience to be more inclusive and comfortable.
• Lighting is adjusted to avoid bright flashes, with house lights kept low.
• Sound levels are reduced, and any loud or potentially frightening elements are softened or removed.
• You are free to come and go as needed, and leaving your seat is okay.
• There’s no expectation to stay quiet – self-expression and noise are welcome.
• Additional staff will be available for support.
If you require accessible seating or wheelchair space, please call our Box Office Team to book (01753 853 888).
