Iconic film and stage actor Tom Conti, TV and Stage favourite Liza Goddard, and Charlie Stemp, double Olivier nominated ‘Best Actor in a Musical’ for his roles in Half a Sixpence and Mary Poppins, will star in classic comedy Lloyd George Knew My Father written by William Douglas Home.

They are joined by Robert Duncan (Drop the Dead Donkey), Eric Carte (Johnny English Reborn), Elizabeth Carter (Rain Man, Dreamboats and Petticoats) and Martin Carroll (The Cat and The Canary).

When Lady Boothroyd hears that the authorities are determined to drive a road through her grounds she announces her intention to kill herself the moment the bulldozers start on their shameful work. At first disbelieving, the family at length realises to their horror that this is no joke.

**Please note Felicity Kendal will not appear as scheduled due to family matters. Liza Goddard will appear in the role of Lady Sheila Boothroyd for all performances of Lloyd George Knew My Father.**
