How far would you go to protect the ones you love? Introducing the world-premiere of Doubting Thomas, a new play written by our just-announced Writers in Residence Catherine O’Reilly and Tim Churchill.
Following a diagnosis of dementia the Noble family take the difficult decision to move beloved father and husband Thomas to a nursing home.
The unthinkable happens; and Thomas is found crouching over the dead body of one of his carers. As the only suspect, the case swiftly goes to court. Thomas cannot say what happened that day and is left without a voice.
As the family conflict deepens regarding Thomas’s guilt, a surprise revelation leaves them in an unimaginable quandary with life and death consequences.
This world premiere stars Felicity Dean (The Wedding Video), Louis Holland (Accolade), Claire Marlowe (Casualty), Eva O’Hara (Hollyoaks), Ben Nealon (Soldier, Soldier), Nikki Patel (Doctors), and Gary Webster (Minder). The play will be directed by Charlotte Peters.
